Three Legacies Grounds Management LLC is a private, owner-operated grounds management company. We clear snow in winter and care for lawns and grounds in the growing season, working under written agreements for homeowners, HOA and townhome communities, and commercial properties. That means real work in every season, not a spring hiring scramble and a fall layoff.

Seasonal Sales Representative (1099, Commission Only)

We are looking for an independent contractor (1099) seasonal sales representative to sell seasonal snow and lawn service agreements to residential homeowners, HOA and townhome communities, and commercial properties. This is a remote and field-based role. You will work from home and travel to properties and meetings in your service area as needed.

What you will do: introduce Three Legacies to homeowners, communities, and property contacts; identify prospects, follow up, and close seasonal service agreements; present service options clearly and accurately; pass quotes to the owner, who prices and approves every quote; keep clear records of prospects and agreements; follow up with past customers about reactivations and snow-to-spring conversions.

What you will bring: green industry experience in lawn care, landscaping, snow, or related field sales or service (required); experience selling services and closing agreements; clear phone and in-person communication; the ability to work independently and follow up reliably; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This is a commission only role, paid on collected revenue. 15% for reactivations and snow-to-spring conversions. 20% for new residential agreements. 25% for new HOA, townhome, and commercial agreements. 30% for multi-year agreements, based on first-year value. There is a 60-day clawback on cancelled or charged-back accounts. There is no base pay, hourly pay, or salary with this role.

Crew Lead (Full-Time, Year-Round)

Our crew leads run a route and a small crew, in every season. In winter you will operate a truck and plow or a tractor with a snow blower through snow events and direct the sidewalk crew on your route. In the growing season you will run lawn and grounds routes and keep each property to standard.

What you will do: operate trucks, plows, tractors, blowers, and mowers safely and well; direct and train the crew working with you; check finished work before leaving a property; communicate timing, completion, and problems to the office; keep your equipment and route paperwork in order.

What you will bring: green industry experience (required); leadership experience (required): you have led a crew or a team before and directed other people's work; experience operating trucks and outdoor power equipment; a valid driver's license; the reliability to be called on at any hour when snow is coming.

Pay: $35 to $45 an hour, based on experience.

Snow Shoveler / Sidewalk Crew (Part-Time, On-Call, Seasonal)

Our sidewalk crews clear the walks and entryways at homes and communities during and after snow events, working with shovels and walk-behind snow blowers. The work is physical, outdoors, and weather-driven: when snow is forecast, shifts can start overnight or early in the morning, and the same properties are yours all season.

What you will do: clear sidewalks, entryways, and steps to bare pavement where conditions allow; work as part of a small crew on a set route; answer dispatch calls and texts and arrive on time, every event.

What you will bring: reliability in bad weather; the strength and stamina for physical outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 pounds; reliable transportation to your meet point; a phone that receives calls and texts.

Pay: $25 to $30 an hour, based on experience.
