End-User License Agreement

Three Legacies QuickBooks Integration

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Three Legacies Grounds Management LLC ("we," "us") and you ("you," "user") for the use of the Three Legacies QuickBooks Integration (the "App"), a private integration that connects our internal systems to our QuickBooks Online company file.

1. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for the internal business purposes of Three Legacies Grounds Management LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the App only in connection with the QuickBooks Online company you are authorized to access, and in compliance with Intuit's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

3. Data: The App accesses accounting data in our QuickBooks Online company (customers, invoices, payments, and related records) for the purpose of internal bookkeeping and billing automation. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

4. No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it from your QuickBooks Online company.
